Arrived at Beth's cottage around 5pm and jumped straight into the lake (Balsam lake). Beautiful
Really enjoyed driving through Ontario cottage country. There's nothing like it. Kid's on the road jumping into rivers from bridges, warm water but of course it all requires money. Nice to sleep in a real bed and have a shower.
Had a good visit with Beth (Jane's childhood friend) and their 3 kids. There was lots to do. Three houses beside each other to explore, big yards, and docks to jump off. Colin drove a motor boat

frogs : There were lots of frogs there so many you had to watch out on the trails or else you'd step on one!!!
